Emerald Lake Lodge, Yoho National Park, BC, Canada. I highly recommend staying at this lodge at least once in your life. There is overnight guest parking, and a bellman with a shuttle will come and pick you up and then transfer you to the lodge. Not only are the cabins extremely comfortable, the food is something you have to try to believe how fantastic it is.

The ice cave at the toe of Athabasca Glacier before it collapsed. Snowstorms could shrink the entrance rapidly.
This is Myrrah and I. The wharf was fairly slippery (there seemed to be an invisible coating of ice on it) and I was really pleased that the ever-cautious Myrrah still came and sat by me for this shot. You won't often see too many self-portraits of me that don't include Brandon :)
Taken from inside the glacial cave. This cave would appear every year, in different places, which was safer to explore in the cold winter months. Sadly, last year this cave collapsed. Athabasca Glacier is located in the Columbia Icefields in the Canadian Rockies.
